We have many more surprises waiting for you inside to make your day Snowtastic.

This themed ice & snow zone spread is over 13,000 sq. ft of area. The interiors of Snow Town are developed on the concept of “Cool destinations of the World”.

Also, as we believe in educating, inspiring and informing children through fun engagement activities, we have a huge LED wall inside Snow Town which will air different shows with educational values.

How would you gear up for the experience?

We will prep you up with everything you will require inside the Snow Zone. We will give you:

  • Special Warm jackets
  • Gloves
  • Snow boots
  • Ice-skating shoes, helmet, knee guards and elbow guards (given inside)
  • Locker to keep belongings at your own risk on first-come-first serve basis (only dry baggage allowed)

Our rules:

  • Entry for prep starts 15 mins before session time.
  • Deposit your footwear and collect token. No valuables to be kept with footwear.
  • Collect jackets, gloves and shoes on first-come first-serve basis.
  • Dress up and wait for the body to get acclimatized to lower temperature in Snow Town air locked room for a few mins.
  • Entry to snow area starts only at the scheduled session time.
  • Temperature in snow area will be -5 to -10*c.
  • If you feel uncomfortable in the chilling temperature you are allowed to exit the snow area and re-enter within your session time only.
  • After the session, please handover your jacket, gloves and shoes at the respective collection counters.
  • Return the token and collect your footwear bags from baggage area.

Wearing warm clothes is mandatory to enter Snow Town.

Individuals with Heart Disease, Asthma Problems and Pregnant women must enter the Snow Area on Doctor's Advise only.

Few tips and info

  • Walk slowly and carefully in snow area, some places may be slippery
  • Take care of your valuables, especially while removing Jackets and Gloves
  • Each session is for 45 mins
  • Management is not responsible for any kind of loss or injury
  • Attraction is at Visitors’ Risk

Terms & Conditions:

  • Do not enter the skating rink without proper skating shoes.
  • Always make sure skate fits exactly heel to toe, never too big.
  • No matter how uncomfortable, lace skate very tightly.
  • Maintain discipline inside the skating rink.
  • Do ask for assistance and obey the instructions from an ice skating instructors.
  • Keep knees slightly bent at all times and lean forward.
  • NEVER stand up straight while on the ice, you may fall backwards.
  • If you feel you are losing balance, hold onto your knees to regain balance.
  • NEVER put hands onto ice when falling, Pull hands into your waist or chest.
  • NEVER hold hands with another beginner skater.
  • This is not only dangerous to yourself, but to others.
  • NEVER skate backwards while holding on to another beginner skate.
  • Always look behind when skating backwards.
  • Do not rub, chip or throw the ice while skating.
  • Skating is entirely at your own risk.
  • The management will not be responsible for any loss or injury incurred. Individuals with orthopedic and spinal issues, anyone with heart conditions and pregnant ladies are strictly prohibited from entering inside the rink.
  • Do not carry young children or babies on the ice.
  • Do not skate under the influence of alcohol.
  • Do not use goggles, spectacles, mobile phones or personal stereos on the Ice.
  • Do not carry or wear bags on the Ice as this may affect your balance.
  • Remove sharp objects from your pocket.
  • Skate in an anti-clockwise direction.
  • Do not skate at excessive speeds
  • No jumping, pushing or spinning.
  • Please be considerate to less able skaters.
